Iain Moss - Chief Executive Officer
Iain Moss has over 30 years experience in the IT Financial Solutions industry. He began his career in the City of London, and was a consultant on cross-border payments to SWIFT in Brussels before taking assignments in countries as diverse as Portugal, Germany and Korea. He moved to Kuala Lumpur in 2001. In his long IT career he has consulted on the implementation of cheque truncation in Hong Kong and was advisor to the World Cheque Forum on Check 21 and global cheque truncation issues. He played a major role in the establishment of the international credit card infrastructure in China with China UnionPay and pioneered the implementation of business process outsourcing in Malaysia. He has been a consultant to BESCL Bank in Portugal, Hamburg Savings Bank in Germany, ASB Bank in New Zealand and BAY Bank in Thailand. He was also responsible for post-merger insurance technology implementation projects at AIA across their Asia operations and at Kurnia and AmGeneral insurance in Malaysia. He holds a Masters degree in Theoretical and Applied linguistics from The University of Oxford.
Eunice Tan – General Counsel, Chair of the Board of Directors
Eunice Tan is a retired Barrister from The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, one of the four Inns of Court in London. After practicing as a solicitor in the City of London she took a Masters degree in International Business Law from City University and moved to Europe and then to Korea before returning to Kuala Lumpur. In addition to overseeing all aspects of ANH’s legal compliance, Eunice is an expert in international contract law and in the legal aspects of cross‑border payment transactions. She also holds a Masters degree in Education.
